Who we are

Double Eleven was founded in 2009 in the Northeast on the idea of creating a company that puts people first, a place where you get to work on exciting projects, while also having a great work-life balance. We are proud that our 'people first profit' philosophy is still at the heart of the business today as it was back then.

Since then we've grown into a full-service game developer and publisher comprising of brilliant programmers, designers, artists, producers, audio designers, publishing experts and support teams, led by a passionate and principled leadership team who want to nurture our people to be their best.

We want to leave a legacy

Lee Hutchinson, CEO:

"We’re building Double Eleven our way; with a ‘people first’ philosophy which heavily influences the business and people decisions we make. It’s benefited our games and their results.

"Our growth has been phenomenal and is a reflection of the increasing scale and complexity of the type of projects we work on. We’ve built new teams, created new roles and are quite comfortable recruiting outside the game industry to find individuals we believe have the right capabilities and experience to help us grow and advance."

We strongly believe...

  • We're stronger as a team, and encourage an inclusive workforce

  • A diverse team makes better games

  • Levelling the playing field creates a safe, accessible and open environment

  • Education and communication are the foundation of creating this environment

  • Our values help us create and bring to market great games that people love

Why we do what we do

Why we do what we do

Looking after future generations

Our vision is to leave a legacy for the next generation as a different breed of games company that valued its people and changed the world of gaming for the better.
